In Phoenix in the afternoon and driving home just fast enough to let the guy that passes me get pulled over and home just long enough to get the dogs out of the car before getting back on the road. I head to Winston’s in Ocean Beach on Bacon Street and find a parking spot a half-block from the entrance. Christine, my concert partner, bought my ticket just in time – the show sold out.
